Instant Pot + AirFryer Mexican Street Corn

In the summer I often see a lot of recipes for Mexican Street Corn. To be honest, I get sick of them all made the same way, and all made in the Instant Pot.

I find that when you cook Mexican street corn just in the Instant Pot it lacks the crispy grilled corn taste that we all know and love.

But other recipes will show you how to make Air Fryer Mexican Street Corn and the problem here is that it takes too long.

You’re just waiting too long for the air fryer to cook the corn and frequently the corn will end up burnt on the outside and barely cooked in the middle.

Instead let me introduce you to my Instant Pot & Air Fryer Mexican Street Corn. Instead you steam the corn in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, then you load up the seasonings on the corn, before finishing them off in the Air Fryer.

It is much quicker, and the taste of the Mexican Street Cornis truly AMAZING.

Once you make Mexican Street Corn via my Instant Pot + AirFryer method then there will be no looking back.
